"Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, great breakfast! My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Avenue Hotel recently. The location is great - easy walking distance to really good restaurants. Undercover parking was provided plus the in-house bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere along with helpful staff. Our stay included breakfast which I can thoroughly recommend - excellent buffet with great staff. Will certainly use this hotel again on our next visit to Canberra."
